Carol’s driving motivation is to help make the real estate selling and buying process as enjoyable as possible for clients, to provide clients with expert advice grounded in her many years of experience and to ultimately get the result that they are looking for-a home sold for the best possible price or a home purchased, with as many wants and needs fulfilled as possible, in the ideal community and neighbourhood.
Carol’s passion for sales and client service took root in the early 1990’s during an early career as a sales woman in a high end men’s clothing store in Toronto catering to Bay Street business professionals. Carol established herself as a successful business woman in this male dominated profession, delighted in her ability to provide valuable advice and learned the value of exceptional customer service. Carol’s love of Real Estate was ignited some years later as she went through the process of buying and renovating a Beach’s investment property. Her early online search for information led to a desire to learn more and ultimately a realization that Real Estate sales was an area where she could combine and apply her interest, passion and skills.
In 2005, after several years working as a supply teacher and an EA for children with special needs, Carol began a new career in Real Estate. Carol sold her first home on her second day as a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative and since then has won numerous sales awards as a result of her passion, approach, style and genuine interest in helping her clients achieve their desires and dreams.
Carol is a member of a number of professional associations and networking groups. Through her active memberships she has become affiliated with a network of home stagers, mortgage specialists, home inspectors, cleaners, and local contractors who have become invaluable resources for her clients.
Carol is committed to ensuring that her clients have the information they need to make wise and objective decisions and takes pride in her ability to provide advice and guidance, grounded in her many years of experience, wherever needed. Her views on Real Estate have been published in Durham Region’s SNAP Ajax as well as a book titled Common Sense Mentors: Family Edition. Her essay within the book focuses on the theme of “Love Where You Live!”
